CUSTUMER CARE

Customer service is a top priority of Unlimited Cleanouts. All clients are to be treated promptly and respectfully without regard to age, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disability, language proficiency, social or economic status.

Our Promise

Staff members are responsible for providing the best customer service possible and are empowered to make decisions that will ensure the best experience for each customer. When contacting Unlimited Cleanouts, an employee will identify him or her self and the company. All staff  wear name company shirts so that customers can recognize them as Unlimited Cleanouts employees.

CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

 A customer with complaints about the service received or about Unlimited Cleanouts policy shall be referred to the owner of the company, Carlos Benson, the business cards and contact information are available at request here.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

We do NOT collect any personal information without consent. You information is used if required for booking purposes, but will not be used for any other reason other than payment collection. 

We do track information for statistical purposes. This data may include city and state in which you are visiting from, but never specifics such as name, number, email, etc.

LARGE BUSINESS JUNK INQUIRIES

At this time, Unlimited Cleanouts doesn't offer weekly or monthly plans for large businesses. To inquire more about how we can accommodate your business, please contact owner, Carlos Benson, directly.

Unlimited Cleanouts will never ask for personal information over the phone or in person. If you received a call on behalf of our company claiming to collect payments, please disregard and report the call to us. 

In person payments are collected by our team after the completion of your service request. If you have any additional concerns, please feel free to contact us.
